It’s Thursday, which means it’s time for another Proud Mommy Moments!

For more info on what PMM is all about, see this post.

Please make sure that if you’re linking up, you’re actually linking a Proud or Not-So-Proud Mommy moment (using the permalink. Not sure what a permalink is? Just ask me). Links not related to PMM will be deleted and deleting links makes me feel bad. Please don’t make me feel bad.

Last night, we were all sitting on the couch and Buddy climbed into my lap. Buddy’s not typically too affectionate, so anytime he wants to cuddle, I take him up on it.

In direct contrast to Buddy, Buster is a mama’s boy through and through. Several times a day, he’ll stop what he’s doing and tell me he loves me, or ask me for a hug.

Buddy had been sitting on my lap for about 2 minutes when Buster decided he wanted in on the action. He started whining and saying that he just wanted a hug and to sit on my lap. Of course, Buddy wasn’t going to let that happen.

In an attempt to make light of the situation, I started to tease Buster and told him that Buddy was mine and that he should go and sit with Daddy. Well, that totally backfired on me. Before I knew it, Buster was sobbing. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get him to stop crying. I then finally asked him, “Buster, are you jealous?”

Without missing a beat, he replied, “YES!” Jdaddy and I both shared a grin.

After a few more minutes, Jdaddy asked Buster if he wanted the iPad. Of course Buster said yes. As Jdaddy handed it over, he said, “Isn’t that better than sitting on Mommy’s lap?”

And my little mama’s boy replied, “YES!”

STINKER!

Okay! Now it’s your turn. Type out your Proud, or maybe not-so-Proud Mommy Moment and link it up! Don’t forget to check out Emmy’s Proud Mommy Moment as well! One last thing, PMM isn’t just for mom’s…anyone can link up!

How easily bought kids can be, if you know what they want ;)

LOL that is funny. Sounds like something my daughter would do. She absolutely loves the ipad. If someone else wants it watch otu as there is a tantrum.

Buster is addicted to the iPad. He knows how to find his movies, his music, and games…and he’ll sit there forever if you let him.

Doh! Well those iPad’s are really fun. Ryder will push Alex and Lucas off if they are on my lap he is very lap possessive.
