Happy belated Valentine’s Day! I never really celebrate Valentine’s Day, with my birthday being so close to it, and this year was no exception. You’d think I’d be able to put together some pretty kick butt Valentine’s for Buddy to take to school, but umm, no. He got SpongeBob cards with suckers. And that’s progress from a couple years ago.
Anyway, I’ve been asked (and told) to share more pictures of Luke, so I thought I would use parenting BY dummies Wordful Wednesday as a perfect opportunity to do just that.
I’ve kind of been slacking when it comes to photos. My iPhone is way more convenient than my DSLR, so most of the pictures I take lately are on my iPhone…and I guess I just don’t think they are “good enough” to share…but I know that’s silly. So here are some pictures of my little guy, all taken on my iPhone, all unedited aside from cropping (and maybe an Instagram edit if I decided to share it on Instagram).
I mentioned before that Murphy appears to be the most jealous out of everyone. He tends to stay pretty close to Luke. I think it’s one of those, “you keep your friends close and your enemies closer” type things. No matter what, it makes for some cute pictures.
Here he is sporting what the big boys refer to as Luke’s “fancy pajamas.”
Another sleeping photo. He looks so content when he’s sleeping.
I just had to capture the picture of his “old man” hair. He has quite a bit of hair in the back. It’s the little details like this that I want to remember.
Here’s my little Valentine, a heart breaker for sure.
And finally, I call this, “No more pictures, mama.”

He is so adorable. I love the one of him and the furbaby. When our grandson is here our pit/boxer Max is protective of him as well. He will pace the floor when he cries to get our attention like helloooo do you not hear him..
He is so cute, but of course we expected that after watching your other 2 grow up. I absolutely love the first shot and the “fancy” pajamas. Ha!
I always think little baby boys with hair like that look like old men. Both my kids sported the bald top for months!
Poor Murphy…
My favorite pic is the last one… I think that the caption is perfect!
Awwww. So sweet. I’ve been wanting to see photos too. Maybe Murphy just really likes him.
He is such a cutie pie!
Yea!! Glad you shared pictures and they are all totally good enough. Awesome that you captured his hair as yes- those little things are so easily forgotten.
Love that first one with Murphey.
He is beautiful–thanks for sharing!
Oh my gosh he is so adorable!! Love it. I miss those tiny babies in my house. They grow up and get all stinky and mouthy. LOL
Adorable. Favorite picture of the week: baby & dog!
